Price per serving of food is Rp 35 thousand  [US$ 4] for all types of meat. Every day, the menu is always run out, even he has regular  customer.

Before becoming an entrepreneur horse meat satay, June, as he called, working as an employee of the company. Now, Jun has a very good business, he has eight employees to help his business. He was able to give a salary of Rp 1.5 million [US$ 175,-] per month for each employee. "Good business opportunities, but the raw materials are still hard to find," he said.

Every day, his unique business satay Jun have  spent eight rabbits, 7 kilograms of horse meat, and 2 turkey meat each day.

Regarding raw material of his business, he brought horse meat  from Sulawesi, turkey from Java, while rabbits in addition to raising his own, he took from some farmers around Samarinda.

Type rabbit used is a rabbit meat, namely New Zealand and the Rex. Rex type is fairly expensive but has a somewhat sweet flavor and tender.

Spices are used as satay, namely using peanut sauce and soy sauce.
